Collection Supervisor

Participate in preparing collection plan.Tracking the executing of collection plan with the collectors and customers.Tracking the collections received by the collectors and revising banks’ receipts.Establish good relations with the customers and assist in solving their complaints.Study and analysis the reasons of collection problems and how to solve them.Preparing the efficiency reports related to the objectives of collection plan.Maintains the company prestige, reputation and its position in dealing with the customers.Evaluating the performance of collectors (quarterly, annually) by coordinating with the department manager.
