Senior Accountant
Assist in creating the company’s chart of accounts and building the foundation for the company’s accounting and reporting framework.Handling the daily/closing accounting entries and bookkeeping for the company.Maintaining proper documentation for all supporting documents with regards to the company’s transactions and related entries. Reconciling sub-ledger to general ledger account balances.Performing daily bank reconciliation. Preparing the monthly financial position and management accounts.Handling and keeping track of the company’s collection and invoicing process.Handling and keeping track of the company’s payments’ obligations and proper accrual process.Maintaining and reconciling fixed assets schedules.Performing monthly balance sheet, income statement and changes in financial position/budget variance analyses.Preparing monthly reporting financial packages for the management. Preparing all tax returns, employee payroll tax, VAT, withholding tax and social insurance fillings and insuring the timely payment process.
