Job: Senior HR Business Partner in Nasr City, Cairo

  • To ensure all Human Resources processes, systems and practices are carried out in the Countries and to be the first contact point for employees
  • To identify Country’s/Business Unit’s needs precisely and share the results with HR units upon analysis
  • To inform Central HR Business Partner Function and other HR Functions about countries’ cultural features and practices
  • To provide communication and implementation support in needs assessment and putting solutions into practice stages for establishing strong relationships with business units
  • To conduct recruitment, transfer, promotion processes together with Areas and within planned annual labor force budget (to make joint decisions with Business Units)
  • To launch performance evaluation and 360 competency practices in the countries in order that they can be executed in a healthy way and to monitor the implementation of the systems
  • Control compliance of the company’s personnel policy with the laws adopted in the territory of the Russian Federation
  • Conduct interview after dismissal in order to analyze the reasons for turnover. Inform business units about developed, improved or applied HR systems and provide them with the necessary support during the implementation phase.
  • To continuously inform related HR units about HR service areas with high/law satisfaction rates in business units
  • To conduct job analysis for to-be opened positions, to provide required coordination and communication about sharing job valuation results with business units
  • To provide guidance for change management projects; to establish the coordination/cooperation between in-company stakeholders and related HR departments
