Job: Operations Manager in Cairo, Egypt

Job Overview:

The Operations Manager is accountable for the plan and execution of all clients deployments in addition to managing their needs, expectations, and issues that occur on a daily basis. He or She should have a strong set of fundamental business skills – analytical ability, business acumen, strong communication and project management – with a keen curiosity, sense of ownership, and desire to work on a wide range of projects in a highly dynamic environment.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Develop and run operations workflows, processes, and job responsibilities within the team to ensure effective and smooth day-to-day operations and deployments.
  • Monitor customers journey, experience, and feedback to identify the biggest operational gaps, inefficiencies, and risks, and collaborate with the concerned teams to deliver solutions.
  • Communicate, document, and report client’s issues and system bugs and enhancements to the Product and Engineering teams.
  • Guide and motivate team members to enhance performance and produce quality work and ensure that they work to their best potential and establish smooth working relations with internal & external teams to deliver service effectively.
  • Prepare performance evaluation and appraisal reports of direct reports to assess their productivity and progress and identify training needs of team members to improve efficiency and ensure conformity with standard procedures and practices.
