Responsible for having a pool of potential candidates through keeping an updated database of current CVs received from different sourcesInterview job applicant; screening, filtering CVs and applicationsEvaluate applicant skills and make recommendations regarding the applicant’s qualifications.Responsible for arranging/ scheduling interviews with the candidates and the line managers.Sending Job offersResponsible for joining formalitiesConducting general orientation for new staffPrepare/update Job Descriptions to all newly hired and ensure that each employee receives his own JD in addition to updating the Job Descriptions for all promoted and transferred employees.Manage organization manpower planning, monitoring, and reviewing phasesAssist in the Training & Development process
