Communicating with customers via Phone – SMS – Email – Social Media

• Manage administration activities.
• Understand customer needs and requirements.
• Responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good CUSTOMER relationships
• Follow up with our customers.
• Manage inbound & outbound calls in a timely manner.
• Support customers.
• Focus on sales and customers satisfaction.

More Details :

• Fixed Shift (10 am- 6 pm)
• Fixed Day Off ( Friday-Saturday).
• Transportation (Haram & Ramsis)
