About the Job
Communicating with customers via Phone – SMS – Email – Social Media
- Manage administration activities.
- Understand customer needs and requirements.
- Responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good CUSTOMER relationships
- Follow up with our customers.
- Manage inbound & outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Support customers.
- Focus on sales and customers satisfaction.
More Details :
- Fixed Shift (10 am- 6 pm)
- Fixed Day Off ( Friday-Saturday).
- Transportation (Haram & Ramsis)
